Special Meeting

Call to Order

Stephanie Springer, 27th (President) Tom Weishaar, 1st (Vice President) Julie Whitney, 5th (Treasurer), Kelsey Cox, 27th (Membership and Nominations), Charly Pegg 18th (Training) Julie Marler (Public Relations) Kevin Waring, 10th (Legislative Chair) Amanda Lovell 30th (Secretary), Chris Esquibel (Sitting Past President)

Stephanie Springer called meeting to order.

· Review of the Training Chair applicant.

· Kevin Waring made a motion to accept Travis Lahann (27th) as Interim Training Chair. Julie Whitney seconded the motion.

· Kelsey Cox and Stephanie Springer abstained from the vote due to being in the same district of the applicant.

· All in favor, motion passed.

VIP Update

· Kelsey presented a trivia night pub pull event. Location still pending.

· Amanda Lovell moved to book Trivia Night. Charly Pegg seconded it. Motion passed.

Next Meeting

· Next meeting February 16, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. in Manhattan.

· Charly Pegg moved to adjourn meeting, Kevin Waring seconded the Motion.

· Meeting adjourned.
